Qualified candidate will have a proven track record in sales production and a strong desire to succeed. The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and growing broad-based client relationships, increasing PNC's share of wallet in the affluent market arena and providing exceptional levels of customer service. In addition, the Relationship Manager will provide holistic financial advice to existing and potential private clients. Through in depth profiling, consultative selling and exceptional service the Relationship Manager will be accountable for growing the relationships of a dedicated group of customers. In this role, you will partner with the branch team, Business Banking, Investments and Wealth Management to create and capitalize on sales opportunities with their dedicated group of customers. Although Relationship Managers will be required to have investment licenses, these licenses will be used for comprehensive conversations and not for selling investment products.
A sign-on bonus and/or first quarter of employment incentives guarantees will be considered.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 3 years in a sales/revenue-based environment; previous experience in a financial sales environment, demonstrated ability to work in a revenue-based, incentive-driven environment; demonstrated consultative sales skills, verbal and written communication skills and partnership skills; and ability to work on a book of business. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Series 6 and 63 licenses required: Series 7 and 65/66 required within one year of employment.
