Licensed Financial Consultant-Mayfield/Warrensville Branch, Ohio

You as a Branch Licensed Financial Consultant will -

oEnsure that in every customer interaction, clients are availed of the full array of banking, investment and insurance services.
oIncrease customer satisfaction and retention.
oSell a full array of traditional bank products, such as consumer lending, small business lending, personal and business deposits.
oAdvise customers on the on the purchase of a comprehensive set of packaged investment products, including over 30 proprietary and non-proprietary mutual funds and annuities.
oBe considered the "sales expert" in the branch, and may provide sales coaching and mentoring to other branch employees, primarily on bank products.
Job Requirements
You and your skills -

oA comprehensive knowledge of a complex set of investment products as well as the entire spectrum of bank products
oProven track record of consistent sales production over an extended period of time, and demonstrated ability to coach others to a higher level of sales productivity
oNASD Series 6, 63, 65 or 66 and State Insurance Licenses
oRegistered representative of NatCity Investments and NatCity Insurance Services
oAssociate's degree or the equivalent
oThree or more years in banking and financial services, with demonstrated skills in sales, sales coaching and customer service
oProven track record of consistent investment sales production over an extended period of time. Internal candidates must have met the $200M monthly threshold required of a Licensed Financial Consultant for at least three consecutive months to be considered
