Develop and manage regional SBA programs Develop strategies to originate SBA loans in the market place.
Call on and develop a referral network with commercial real estate brokers, business brokers, business/professional associations, accountants, lawyer's functional franchises etc. to solicit SBA loan opportunities.
Function as a primary customer contact and advisor for the SBA 7a and the 504-loan program.
Structure complex SBA loan proposals, complete initial underwriting and prepare credit package.
Need solid understanding of commercial loan analysis, underwriting and structure.
Candidate must work independently in geographic territory assigned.
Qualifications:
