Lender Representative: 2-02-001

Location: Orange County Territory,Orange County Territory,CaliforniaWe are seeking an energetic sales-oriented individual to work with an extensive network of Mortgage Brokers, Bankers and Home Improvement Dealers within the Orange County markets. This individual must possess strong communication, organization and follow-up skills. As the Lender Representative, the primary responsibilities are: 1) Developing new lead sources, referrals and contacts to promote the sale of our financial products with achieving aggressive sales goals. 2) Fostering a strong partnership with existing clients such as Mortgage Brokers, Bankers and other Home Equity Loan providers. 3) Conducting cold call sourcing and sales presentations to build broker business. This qualified candidate must have a Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in business/marketing or equivalent of at least 2 year of related business-to-business sales experience and a proven ability for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong background in mortgage lending/consumer lending experience is preferred.
