Sales Manager” / Team Player (AVP/VP) / Commercial Lending:
Sales Manager--
Position Objective: Contribute to the overall success of a Regional Banking Business Center by developing, maintaining and retaining business for that region. Understand the individual team’s relationship to the overall success of the Commercial Lending Division.

Job Requirements
·Work closely with Team/Sales Manager to ensure the sales strategy and process are implemented and successful
·Participate in the sales strategy and process for the team
·Work to meet or exceed performance goals set
·Develop and maintain solid client/customer relationships and retain existing relationships
·Understand the basics Bank’s loan /credit approval process
·Work closely with the Credit Department to ensure solid successful deals can be produced
·Build a positive proactive team environment and understand how the business unit is an integral part of the Commercial Loan Division as a whole
·Other duties and special projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Sales Manager--
Job Qualifications
·Bachelors Degree, preferred
·5-10 years of progressive commercial lending experience, specifically with C&I
·Proven proficiency in business development and retention
·Basic understanding of loan process and credit analysis preferred
·Proven ability to work in goal oriented environment
·Superior communication skills, written and oral
·Strong problem solving ability
·Proven ability to show initiative, self-starter
·Ability to travel with in a local designated region
·Solid basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office)
·Professional demeanor and appearance
