Legal Assistant

Doyle & Friedmeyer, a downtown law firm, has an opening for a full time legal assistant in its foreclosure department.

Job Responsibilities
Monitoring high volume case load from the referral of the file to file closing.
Assist in the preparation of pleadings and other documents for the foreclosure process or settlement.
Heavy client/realtor contact, so people skills a must

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one year's experience working with mortgages as a default administrator in the mortgage industry or with a title company or law firm.
Prior title processing or closing experience a plus.
Familiarity with systems such as Lenstar and New Trak
Knowledge of FHA and Freddie Mac guidelines.
