Benefits: Full BenefitsSummary:Process all transactions presented at teller window, balance window daily and refer bank products and services in support of customer’s needs and Financial Center sales plan. Manage the vault and ATM cash levels. Schedule Teller staff and assist with coaching in the areas of operations and sales. Build the relationship between the customer and R-G Crown Bank.Responsibilities:
Process volume transactions for both deposit and loan accounts accurately and efficiently;
Balance teller cash drawer and safeguard cash;
Perform vault teller responsibilities, maintaining appropriate cash levels within the financial center and processing cash shipments;
Coach other teller staff with operational and sales activities, including teller referrals;
Assist in preparing financial center work and reports;
May balance financial center general ledger and be responsible for conducting audits;
May be responsible for handling the ATM and functions such as handling deposits, loading cash, and balancing the machine;
Refer bank products and services to customers, answer incoming calls, make external courtesy calls;
Observe all security/internal controls and protect the facility against criminal or fraudulent activity;
Assist customers with inquiries and respond or refer calls to appropriate areas;
Perform safe deposit custodial functions as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall operation and profitability of the financial center.R-G Crown Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer
REQUIREMENTS
Essential skills and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required;
At least 6 months of previous bank teller experience;
Good computer skills with working knowledge of e-mail systems;
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals;
Attention to detail;
Ability to meet and greet the public in a professional manner
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.Preferred skills and experience:
Has met sales goals in a retail or banking environment;
