Commercial Loan Processor/Documentation Specialist Candidates will be working within a high volume Commercial/Commercial Real Estate loan department and will be responsible for managing the entire documentation process for a specified lender, division and/or office. Additionally, the candidate must have a clear understanding of banking regulations and required disclosures. Qualified candidated must be familiar with Laser Pro and have full knowledge of how to create documents using this software. Candidates must have excellent loan documentation skills and be able to multi-task in a busy environment.
