LOAN ADMINISTRATOR

Responsible for reviewing, documenting, closing and disbursing commercial real estate loans. Objectives are determined by complexity not quantity of loans. Functions include: reviewing moderately complex legal documents, appraisal reports and reviews, environmental reviews, title reports, maps and recorded documents, entity formation documents and tenants lease agreements; preparing moderately complex loan documentation; coordinating loan closing and maintenance of loan files; conducting periodic audits of loan files to ensure compliance with Bank requirements. Also may provide training and guidance to less experienced Loan Administrators.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7 years experience in documenting real estate loans, reviewing title reports and underlying documents recorded against collateral property. Candidate must have the ability to articulate well with strong, excellent written communication skills. Experience with Excel, Word, AFS, Colts, and Hogan.
