Junior and Senior Loan Officers

South Coast Financial Corp is seeking highly motivated and energetic people like YOU who have the drive to become successful and financially independent in the mortgage industry. We have only a few positions for junior and senior loan officers available, and we are looking to find the RIGHT candidates as soon as possible. Focusing mainly on residential mortgage refinances, South Coast Financial Corporation offers all of the essential mortgage programs being offered in the industry, as well as some of the “hard to find” loan programs for clients who have a difficult time getting approved. Some of the loans we do include:
A-paper purchases and refinances
Fixed-rate stand-alone 2nd mortgages and HELOCS (lines of credit)
Non-prime purchases and refinances for credit-score-challenged clients
Refinances for customers who don’t have a FICO score, or are below 500
And much more…
