PRIMARY FUNCTIONReview all funded loan files prior to delivery to secondary marketing.Ensure loans are stacked and delivered in accordance with branch parameters. PRINCIPAL DUTIESReview loan files prior to delivery to secondary.Ensure loans are properly stacked, complete, and accurate prior to delivery.Verify the conditions in Data Trac are an accurate reflection of the outstanding conditions on the loan.Workflow prioritization.Assist in the gathering and shipping of green files and copy files.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSSome College. Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, and Banking preferred, or equivalent. - Minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sub-Prime industry or Finance Company environment preferred.Prior management experience preferred.Strong processing background preferred.Experience with escrow and title issues required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSIntermediate computer skills with working knowledge of applicable software to industry i.e., Point, Data Trac, LSSI.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience in working under pressure and meeting deadlines.Ability to work independently.Good organizational skills.Detail oriented with an emphasis on accurate figures and numbers.Multi-faceted.
