National Mortgage company seeks Junior Underwriters. Must have experience in conventional/conforming loan processing or underwriting.
REQUIREMENTS
*3 years minimum experience in mortgage banking environment
*3 years minimum experience in conventional/conforming loan processing or underwriting
*Extensive knowledge of credit reporting and credit report formats
*Experience using FNMA Desktop Originator/Desktop Underwriter and FHLMC Loan Prospector
*Ability to interpret DO/DU and LP results
*Experience with Calyx/Point Loan Origination Software
*Must be organized and detail oriented
*Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong Excel
*Experience with pricing out A Paper Loans
