Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 per year LOCATION: MELVILLE, NY Assist in executing agency and private investor loan sales through use of Mortgage Backed Security Trades, cash commitments, assignment of trade, servicing-released sales and other hedging techniques, that include registration of loans with private investors; Assist in multiple broker relationships to provide an outlet for these sales.•Assist in contract negotiations for selling non-conforming loan programs through whole loan transactions and/or securitization of this product.
•Marketing functions and systems, along with developing and maintaining the Secondary Marketing system to ensure accuracy of the mortgage pipeline, trades and commitments; develop and maintain proper procedures to support system integrity.
•Entering data for quantifying and reporting profit/(loss) by product•Assist in development, document and maintain reporting to properly reflect the risk position of the salable loan pipelines and written procedures for Secondary Marketing for Sr. Traders
