Job Description

The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all FHA/VA/CONV loans originated by designated loan officers. Gather information, process the package to make sure it meets the specific guidelines, verifying loan documents including income, credit appraisal and title insurance, ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting. It is ultimately the responsibility of the Processor to manage their pipeline to ensure all loans are processed in a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities
1.Retrieve mail and file accordingly
2.Make copies as needed
3.Send faxes as needed
4.Respond to all emails
5.Pull pipeline report each morning
6.Follow up on all loans in all stages
7.Use day planner and pipeline to determine which files need to be pulled and followed up on
8.Contact borrower's for outstanding items unless specifically asked not to by Loan Officer
9.All follow up is logged on Loan Manager and summarized in the comment section
10.Create copy file
11.Obtain purchase contract from agents (for appraisal orders)
12.Order appraisals
13.Open escrows (refinances and FSBOs)
14.Obtain phone/fax numbers/addresses for all VOEs/VODs
15.Perform verbal VOE's
16.Follow up on all applicable appraisal, submission, approval and funding conditions
17.Order property profiles
18.Order insurance –refinances ( purchases only as needed)
19.Register CHFA loans
20.Fax CHFA registrations to corporate
21.Send out CHFA submission packages
22.Complete loan docs order requests and fax
23.Order flood certs
24.Copy and submit broker loans
25.Complete broker doc order sheets
26.Perform other duties as needed with Processor and Underwriter

Job Qualifications
•1+ Yrs processing experience with Conventional loans
-Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, prioritizing, and follow-up
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
