Part Time Bank Teller/Sale AssociateAs a Bank Teller/Sale Associate, you will work with TCF customers promoting, selling and answering requested information on retail products, services and Bank regulations.
Cross-sell TCF Bank products, programs and services.
Maintain targeted cross-sell/products referral goals.
Initiate and open new accounts.
Maintain good customer relation by answering customers’ questions and concerns.
Accurately process, closely verify and promptly key all transactions in manner, which maintains TCF Bank standards and high level of customer service.Job Requirements:
1 year minimum of cash handling
Proven sale record or strong interest in salesAbility to confidently approach prospective TCF customersPromote positive image of TCF BankThe ability to perform necessary calculationsFull Time Consumer LendingAs an Consumer Lender Rep, you will be equipped to successfully uncover the financial needs of retail customers and advise on lending matters.

Job Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will have:Sales aptitude.Good communication and organizational skills.
At least one year sales in a competative industry
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Must have a valid drivers license.
Helpful but not required:
Four year college degree.Sales experience.Prior telemarketing experience.Part Time Customer Service Rep.
This position is within TCF Bank's Customer Service Departments located in Schiller Park, IL.
Answers, researches and resolves customer service questions, inquiries, requests and problems in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Provides a high level of customer service in accordance with policies and guidelines.Currently seeking candidates that are available for afternoon/evening hours (3-9pm) during the week and be able to work any hours needed on the weekend.The Call Center is open Monday - Friday 6AM to 9PM, Saturday 7AM-6PM, Sunday 10AM-6PM.Job Requirements
