The successful candidate for this position will manage day-to-day electronic item- processing operations for a multi-bank environment. Candidate will have P & L responsiblity and will report directly into the VP of IPTG group. The candidate will manage the IP center employees in the performance of all electronic deliverables; inclearing, over-the-counter processing, returns, statements, archive, media delivery, etc. They will also manage the 3rd party relationships that interact with the Windsor Locks facility. The incumbent will work closely with the sales team and account executives in gaining new business and keeping the existing customer base delighted with their service. The candidate will oversee all invoicing and any disputes in regards to invoices
REQUIREMENTS


The successful applicant for this position should have
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Managemnet and/or Information Technology
5 - 7 years item-processing (image) experience in a multi-bank environment
2 - 3 years of item processing management experience with P & L responsibility
managed in a multi-bank item processing environment
IT background
prior P & L responsibility
customer service background
