Responsibilities include: installation of new applications, daily maintenance of LAN and desktop systems, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, assisting with the automation of tasks and project leadership. Additionally, the Investment Technology Support Specialist keeps abreast of new technologies and works with other teams to implement new hardware and software into our environment.Qualifications

Demonstrated experience providing end-user support in a networked environment

Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Lotus Notes, Novell 5.x and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong commitment to working as a team and providing excellent customer service

Demonstrated interest in financial services and computer technology

Computer training skills and exposure to investment systems preferred
