Investment Specialist I - Lincoln Investment Center

In a call center setting, reactive sales staff are responsible for executing and confirming securities transactions initiated by retail clients and providing assistance to clients on request. Associates provide limited research and counseling services on limited products but do not develop client relationships. Proactive sales staff contact prospective and existing clients via telephone, to offer securities products which maybe of benefit to the client. May follow up on client contacts to close the sale of investment products. Provides research and counseling services on limited products but do not develop client relationships.

Handles more complex escalated customer calls in order to resolve in the most satisfactory manner for all parties concerned. Calls are non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services. May require advanced problem solving. May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services. May assist the team leader by supporting training of new associates. Possesses high level of technical skills. Typically has 3 or more years of customer service experience.

Required:

Must hold S7 license, S63 or S66
