You as an Investment Real Estate Representative III will -


Increase revenue to the bank from investment real estate clients and prospects in an assigned territory primarily through commercial loans and deposits with an emphasis on cross selling the bank's other product offerings.

Maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and focus on actively seeking out new relationships for the bank.

Drive a plan of action, created by you, to grow business and achieve sales objectives.

Anticipate the needs of customers and adds value to customers in every interaction.

Quickly uncovers the critical credit factors that will impact the loan risk and knows if it is a deal worth pursuing.

You and your skills -


Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent

Five or more years of experience in Corporate Banking (Credit and Lending), with a focus and developed expertise in investment real estate

Self-motivated, working effectively on a day-to-day basis with little direct supervision

Demonstrated strength in new business development and cross selling

Ability to perform at a high level
