•Review monthly valuations
•Monthly/Annual reporting (requires good writing skills)
•Offering Memorandum updates and other relevant investment fund agreements (requires good writing skills)
•Assist custodian bank with investor communications (requires good writing skills)
•General administration, including processing client subscriptions and redemptions.•Annually, assist with audit process
Portfolio, Asset and Index Performance Measurement, and Monitoring
•Calculate various indices and blended benchmarks
•Database reporting
•Gross/Net calculations
•Attribution ReportsBrokerage/Custody Account Administration
•Tax form filings
•Account openings and maintenance, including various custodial and sub-custodial account openingsCompliance•Monthly monitoring of trading transactions
•Required Regulatory Filings
•Communicate relevant compliance issues to firm employees•Assist CCO with on-going compliance requirementsOther Projects•Monthly monitoring / trade review / semi-annual distributions
