Investment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant

We are now hiring for the position of a Full time Investment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. This individual will provide direct support to the Members financial Services Representative.

Responsibilities include:
High level of professional & operational support to the Financial Advisor. Review of applications & services changes for new & existing business in the area of Mutual funds, Annuities, Life Insurance & other retirement products. Managing client databases & downloading confidential information for client reviews.

Update client files & records to ensure they meet compliance guidelines & have proper documentation.
Respond directly to clients in person & on the phone regarding account changes & status updates.
Scheduling daily appointments; data entry & general business processing activity: copy, fax, mail, etc., Responsible for maintaining daily incoming & outgoing mail.

Various special projects & marketing campaigns.

Responsible for direct cross sales within the Credit Union.
Opening Credit Union accounts such as savings and checking accounts, IRA's, CD's and Money Market accounts

Prior experience in an investment support role or a credit Union environment his preferred, but not required.
