As an Investment Banking Business Manager you will be charged with running the National City Investment/Syndications operational duties. In this role, you will be responsible for:
oSupplier/ Vendor relationship management: handling the relationships with vendors, billing, etc.
oAccounts Receivables: Customer interfacing regarding payments.
oReporting: Internal reporting to executive and team members
oAudit: Day-to-day interface with the audit team, Federal Regulators regarding Privacy, access and confidentiality compliance.
oNASD Compliance: licensures, compliance.
oDisaster Recovery
oHiring: Working with Employment and HR coordinating the hiring of staff.
oInformation Technology: Coordinating phone lines, remote access, LAN access, updating databases. Keeping the website current.
oReal Estate: Managing the real estate of four offices with regards to consolidations, moves, growth, leases, cost, etc.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years' operational background with a strong business acumen. This person will have strong organizational skills and pay special attention to detail and accuracy. An accounting background is preferred.
