Investment Assistant - Series 7 & 66

Will transact business on behalf of the Investment Specialist as necessary. Review and process investment transactions including presentation preparation, account opening and executing trades. Handle customer inquiries and aid in resolving customer requests. Expected to handle easy to moderate investment questions working with moderately complex and confidential documents and reports. Act as a local office liaison with National Capabilities partners. Provide support for the investment needs of clients. May assist less experienced Investment Assistants as needed. Comply with Federal, State and Internal Regulations and Policies while conducting business on behalf of the Investment Specialist and Private Client Services. Maintain high relationships with JPMorgan Securities Inc. and JPMorgan Chase affiliates. Prepare correspondence including obtaining principal approval, filing, copying and setting appointments. Prepare pre-client meeting agendas, confirmation letters, post meeting follow up letters and any other miscellaneous correspondence. This position does not provide relocation assistance.

REQUIREMENTS


Moderate decision making capability. Proficient use of various software packages, including organizational mainframe systems (e.g. SEI, Commercial Loans, etc.). Strong customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of banking and investment products and services. Strong understanding of internal processes impacting the service of client relationships. Good problem solving skills. Must have the ability to multi task. Developing knowledge of compliance issues and solutions. Learning the business intricacies. High school diploma and Series 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) licenses required. This position does not provide relocation assistance.
