Investment Assistant

The Private Client Services Investment Assistant provides operational and administrative support to a team of Investment Specialists. This position is involved in all aspects of client servicing for high net worth clients to include account opening and maintenance; reviewing and processing of investment transactions as well as assisting with researching, and preparing for and creating client presentations. Expected to handle easy to moderate investment questions working with moderately complex and confidential documents and reports. Other functions include preparing correspondence, including obtaining principal approval; filing; copying and setting appointments for the Investment Specialists. REQUIREMENTS


Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service are essential. NASD Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses highly desirable or will need to be obtained within 90 days. Demonstrated knowledge of banking and investment products and services. Strong understanding of internal processes impacting the service of client relationships. Successful candidate will also have superior organization skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently. Must be a proficient user of MS Office; particularly Word, Excel, Power Point.
