Investment Analyst – Third Party Sales

A mutual fund company located in New York City is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their Third Party Sales Investment Group. The individual will have or be willing to obtain the Series 7 & 63 licenses as well as assist in the development of investment related materials for the Third Party Providers.

Major Responsibilities:
•Support the investment sales effort by maintaining file of reviews and investment review request log
•Preparing monthly or quarterly updates, performing investment analysis and having an understanding of how investment menus are created.
•Liaising with “provider” organizations and preparing write ups and presentations
•Developing a client relationship with Third Party Providers
•Participating in putting together information for presentations to providers used at seminars and conferencesJob Requirements
•1 + years investment analysis experience
•Quantitative skills and some marketing experience.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office
•Prior mutual fund analysis is a must.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
