Investment Adviser Compliance Manager

Cincinnati-based, investment advisory firm seeks full-time compliance manager with 5-10 years experience in securities-compliance field (experience with investment adviser preferred). Will oversee and administer day-to-day compliance operations; test and assist in reviewing/revising procedures; monitor and coordinate regulatory filings; assist with contract issuance. Position reports to Chief Compliance Officer.
