This candidate will work within the region to increase sales to our Real Estate Investment Trust. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in sales and effectiveness working as a member of a team. Must be self motivated, highly organized and willing to adapt to a fast growing company.
Internal REIT WholesalerOther Responsibilities:•Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors.•Attend industry conferences representing Paladin Realty Advisors.•Travel and present to Broker/Dealers.Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:•Bachelor's degree (preferred).
•Current Series 7 or 62 securities registration.•Proven selling and relationship building skills.
Internal or external wholesaling experience requiredWe are targeting current Wholesalers within the financial field or financial advisors seeking to make a career change.
