Full Job Title: Internal Control Specialist 3 Skills Management Title Financial AccountingJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the completion of internal control efforts necessary to maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) regulations in accordance with PCAOB standards, corporate methodology, and Program Office guidance. Facilitate compliance efforts in St. Louis as well as other major Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) sites. An opportunity to understand the operations of numerous functional areas across IDS sites; and excellent exposure to management. Competencies Requires internal control experience related to SOx implementations and a background in accounting / finance. Able to interface effectively with all levels of management, and have an interest in developing SOx technical knowledge. A self-starter who can quickly adapt, and possess strong communication, analysis, and project leadership skills. Related skills such as internal/external auditing a plus.
