Intern/United Way Loaned Executive

Tribune is currently looking for two Interns to assist Account Executives for the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago in local campaign efforts. The Interns will serve a key role in campaign account management and new business development, and experience executive level exposure across various large Chicago-based companies. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communication with various vendors, facilitation of meetings and conferences including presentations and public speaking, coordination of United Way campaigns and additional administrative duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service; prior experience in increasingly responsible administrative positions; outstanding organizational and communication skills; and proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail. This opportunity begins July 31, 2006, and runs through December 2006.
