Assess and developed business process models and system requirements
Â
Participate in life / annuity product configuration and decomposition analysis
Â
Conduct or direct the sound completion of analytical work
Â
Conduct or participate in thorough interviews to objectively gather facts and information at the appropriate levels of the client organization
Â
Work closely with client's project team and maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction
Â
Effectively communicate project findings, conclusions and recommendations with peers and clients
Â
Participate in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results
Â
Participate in client presentations
Â
Involvement with project teams at specific client sites, and help improve our implementation methodologies and practices
Â
Assist in the identification of added value selling opportunitiesQualifications:
Â
Solid understanding of life and annuity products and supporting operations
Â
Implementation and operation experience with CSC’s Cyberlife, Vantage1, VPMS, AWD, AdminServer, Navisys
Â
Working knowledge of documenting life and annuity product specifications
Â
High level of client service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
Â
Demonstrated leadership and facilitation abilitiesExperience:
Â
Combined three to ten plus years experience in an Insurance industry or consulting environment.
Â
