Responsibilities:
Ability to manage capacity planning, provisioning and monitoring of all physical environments. Will manage release process including rls defect tracking. Drive QA teams and manage their approach. Candidate must have the capacity to scale and take on production support over time. Will work with client areas to collect requirements and turn into Infrastructure Solutions. Recognize procedures and requirements as well as help create technology infrastructure strategy. Engage in problem management for major incidents in accordance with the defined processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

·Accredited 4 year college degree
·5-7 years of financial services experience
·Strong communication skills including client service relations
·Proven ability to lead a team
·Ability to work under pressure.
·Good working knowledge of building infrastructures
·Excellent people management and development skills
