Inbound Customer Service (full and part-time)

•Your 8-hour schedule will be between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 07:00 pm with alternating weekends. Your specific shift will be determined based on business needs. Training program is 13 days from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm..
Requisition # 458597 Evening Shift. Start dates 10/12 & 11/27
•Your 8-hour schedule will be between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:15 am with alternating weekends. Your specific shift will be determined based on business needs. Training program is 13 days from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm.•

Job Requirements
If you are a “people-person” with excellent communications skills and your experience includes at least 6 months of customer service, this opportunity is for you! Prior finance company, loan servicing and/or mortgage/loan processing or sales experience are a plus.
If you are bilingual you must be completely fluent in Spanish and English (both reading & speaking). Premium pay for bilingual candidates.
