In-Store Financial Consultant

PNC Bank is seeking a sales-oriented, energetic candidate for our fast-paced In-Store Division. As an In-Store Financial Consultant you will provide superior sales and service skills in the seamless delivery of all PNC Bank products and services to In-Store customers. Provide the customer with a clear understanding of the benefits and features offered by products of PNC Bank. Continually work to expand and increase the customer base through product knowledge and successful, proactive selling techniques

Sales/Service/Marketing: display proven and sustained sales and services results in the In-Store environment. Handle customer complaints and ensure exceptional customer service on a constant basis. Work towards the attainment of individual and overall branch sales, services, and channel utilization goals. Establish rapport with customer base by utilizing techniques such as customer identification by name, smile, handshake, and thank-you at departure. Recognize selling opportunities and effectively cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services.
Job Requirements
Two years experience in a financial or retail environment. Demonstrated sales and services experience required. High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to seek-out customer information and new business; ability to build relations with customers; must be extroverted and persuasive; ability to approach customers in the aisles and cold-calling techniques; handles objections effectively, ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

INSTORE BANKING SCHEDULE involves evening hours till 7:45pm as well as 2-3 weekends a month. This is the right job for someone who is excited about greeting lots of new faces and WORKING a non-traditional banking schedule. A sales focus is necessary.
