Implementation Data Manager – Stock Options Group

A major commercial bank is seeking an Implementation Data Manager for their Stock Options group. Responsibilities include implementing Fortune 500 clients through the on boarding process from a technical aspect, the conversion of data from one system to another and mapping of data fields. The individual must have knowledge of Stock Option/Restricted Stock Plan regulations and working knowledge of computers and technology is required.

Major Responsibilities:
•Using technology to effectively convert data from one information / recordkeeping system to another in the bank’s Stock Option Group.
•Performing data reconciliation and mapping of data fields
•Coordinating with internal department such as Client Services, Plan Administration, Client Services and Technology departments during client implementation.
•Troubleshooting by answering any client questions to ensure proper client serviceJob Requirements
•4 + years experience with Stock Option / Restricted Stock Benefit Plans
•prior data conversion / migration and reconciliation of data experience required
•ability to handle many clients simultaneously
•Working knowledge of Recordkeeping Systems
•Experience with Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project a plus
•Bachelor’s degree required
