(ISD) Business Manager

You will supply communications and presentations for Senior Management off-sites and meetings, as well as ad-hoc Project Management and Senior Management ad-hoc assignments. Your HR responsibilities will include managing open requisitions and headcount for the various departments within the area, the interviewing process, and training. You are responsible for managing the year-end process including, but not limited to, compensation and promotions. You are responsible for IT Governance and Control. Your duties include facilitating monthly Director and Information Services Division (ISD) Business sub-operating committee meetings to communicate resource allocation and costs of ISD initiatives to the business client enabling ISD and Business initiative alignment. You assist in project prioritization efforts for the Operations portfolio (and open communication across all portfolios). You provide guidance, direction, and support for the Core Processing organization in regards to the IT Governance and Control process. You collaborate with Wealth Management US (WMUS) IT Governance to create and maintain a formal structured process of managing systems development efforts engendering consistency across WMUS. You maintain the ISD 5Q forecast for the Core Processing organization in an effort to optimize investment decisions. You develop and implement consistent presentations, reporting, and processes for the Sub-Operating Committee meetings. You maintain and approve all PRS projects for Core Processing Systems. You are responsible for participating in bi-weekly integration meetings with Zurich counterparts, acting as an ambassador for the Operations Portfolio. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a Bachelor’s Degree, excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills, and have experience working as a Business Manager or similar role. You are able to matrix manage, as well as manage expectations and multiple personalities. You are able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and can deliver quality work.
