(ISD) Associate Manager, Systems Development

Code writing will involve using, transferring, and modifying existing code, as well as creating new code from specifications. You regularly contribute to the development of new concepts, documentation, techniques, and standards.InsightOne Description: Non-discretionary brokerage account that gives you easy access to all the services and investment options. Currently, there are 2 facets of InsightOne: Enrollment and Surveillance. InsightOne Enrollment allows Financial Advisors to enroll clients into the program through a series of questions and program option settings. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:You are a professional with a BS in Computer Science or Engineering and have at least 4+ years of full project lifecycle development. You have knowledge/experience working with WebSphere 5.1 and Jakarta Struts 1.1. You have 3-5 years project management experience with the ability to manage a small project team. You have experience with full lifecycle Java programming and are familiar with object oriented and UML tools. You have experience with RDBMS, preferably with Oracle or Sybase database servers. You have excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills. You are able to lead a team, including developers and partners. Your technical skills include: Java (J2EE) development, JSP, Servlets, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, UML, SQL, UNIX programming, and VisualAge 3.x.
