The Real Estate Mortgage Insurance Specialist will be responsible for advising the Babson's Real Estate Finance Group in all aspects of insurance coverage for a real estate loan portfolio of more than $10 billion. This will include the review of property and liability insurance coverage on properties serving as collateral for mortgage loans and will require familiarity with blanket policies, construction loan issues, mortgage industry best practices and current insurance industry trends and practices.
The qualified candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial lines or real estate, excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
