INSTITUTIONAL FIXED INCOME SALES TRADER

A full service institutional securities firm that provides sales & trading, investment banking, capital markets, and other related services to large-cap and emerging growth to middle market corporations and sponsors is looking to hire an Institutional Fixed Income Salesperson in their New York City office. In an effort to ensure that we remain a leading force in the market, we are aggressively recruiting talented, team-oriented and entrepreneurial candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Institutional Sales Traders who will help build our dynamic Fixed Income Sales and Trading division will sell multiple and various products to their established book of clients which will include New Issue and Secondary Corporate Debt, and Asset Backed and Mortgage Backed Securities.

Our Firm is seeking professionals that can offer in depth knowledge and a solid track record of experience to their clients. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain and develop established relationships, foster relationships with our existing clients, as well as cultivate new relationships through their own efforts.

Salary / Bonus

The compensation package is highly competitive. The commissioned based structure includes a partial package guarantee, as well as an excellent commission payout structure on both Secondary and New Issues.

Requirements

•Experience in Institutional Fixed Income Sales Trading, Minimum 3-5 years
•Well established book of business
•Series 7 and Series 63
