North American Credit Markets Middle Office (CMMO), an area within Investment Bank Operations, provides a controlled, efficient environment for executing the Credit Markets Business in a client focused and cost effective manner. Delaware Credit Markets Operations (DCMO), is the component within CMMO that focuses on operational support for the Global Loan Trading business as well as the servicing of complex Structured Credit Products. There is a Loan Financial Reporting and Control Team as well as a Project Management Office within DCMO.





The Collateralized Debt Obligation ( CDO ) Warehousing team, a business within Structured Products Services, provides operational support for deals originated through the CDO Structured Finance Front/Mid Office Team. Loans and Securities are pledged to the bank by Issuers ( typically CLO Funds) , and are warehoused for approximately three to nine months, and are eventually repurchased by the Issuer. The Issuer then issues securities ( CLO Securities ) in connection with its proposed CLO transaction. The loans are tracked on ACBS ( loan accounting system ) , and are also monitored via a deal Trade Ticket and Warehouse Eligibility Model.







Account Manager Responsibilities/Deliverables:





This role will require working very closely with Trustees , Asset Managers, and our Structured Finance Front and Middle Office partners in New York , in providing high quality, efficient operational support for the CDO Warehousing transactions. This product tends to be moderately complex with medium to high volume. Primary responsibilities include:





Manage a portfolio of Loans / Bonds : receive notification regarding new borrowings or loan activity from Asset Managers and Trustees; process and maintain customer, facility and loan records using the ACBS loan system ; and ensure that all funds flow to clients are processed timely.





Perform ongoing maintenance of loans (i.e. rate rollovers, interest and fee payments, etc.)





Perform ongoing reconciliation with Trustee and Asset Manager





  Monitor and update deal Trade Ticket with key asset information





Compare deal trade ticket to funding notices , and "Assignment and Assumption" Agreements received from Agents





Perform weekly Mark to Market analysis on various CDO deals





Perform closing tie-out with Trustee and Asset Manager





Monitor, investigate, and resolve all past due and exception items from exception reports and sensitive accounts.

Document all earning/Profit & Loss adjustments; maintain client folders of pertinent information supporting all transactions.

Communicate with Front & Middle offices in NY and other internal departments to support clients, resolve issues and respond to inquiries.





Fulfill other duties or special projects as required. Participate in group/department initiatives as necessary.

Provide additional support for the other products supported within Structured Product Services.



REQUIREMENTS


Loan background including knowledge of security settlement and documentation is a plus

Basic accounting knowledge is required

Highly organized

Strong client servicing and relationship building skills; e.g. ability to develop relationships across several different client bases

BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
