Credit AnalystA leading global developer and owner of industrial real estate.

My client has an immediate need for a Credit Analyst to join their already large but expanding Boston office. Responsibilities will include;
Assessing credit and credit worthiness of potential clients
Help to formulate internal credit policy and procedures
Liaise with regional teams regarding the successful implementation of credit objectives
Prepare forecasts, analysis and reports.

The ideal candidate will have approximately2-3 years credit analysis experience with the ability to learn, develop and progress their career with the business. This is a newly created role so my client is open to considering any level of relevant experience and is willing to train where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Accounting
Minimum 1-2 years experience in credit, finance research or underwriting
Ability to read and understand financial statements, identify cash flow concerns and weaknesses and to evaluate, assess and communicate credit risk.
