HOME MORTGAGE CONSULTANT Job Description:
Solicit residential mortgages from realtors
Identify partnership opportunities and develop strong business relationships
Produce high quality loans that meet company guidelines while providing excellent customer service
Develop and maintain bank referral relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
You must have a high school education with a demonstrated passion for sales and partnership development; the ability to read and understand credit reports, learn underwriting policies and comprehend loan-pricing grids; the ability to communicate loan terms, features and benefits to consumers and business partners; and computer proficiency. Commission compensation for this position is not capped. Evening/weekend hours may be required.
