REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for individuals with the following:

• 2-5 years sales experience in Mortgage or the Real Estate field.
• A high energy level Professional with a great attitude & great work ethic.
While we expect that you’ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require:
• A thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage products.
• A working knowledge of underwriting requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs, and private investors, as gained through on the job training or some real estate brokerage experience.
• Familiarity with local, state and national laws
Mortgage Loan Officer Responsibilities:
• Originate mortgage loans.
• Take applications, conducts preliminary underwriting reviews, submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Follow-up to ensure that documents required for processing, underwriting, and closing are secured in a timely manner from appropriate sources.
