Take inbound phone calls from potential applicants and follow up on marketing leads.Qualify borrower based on LTV, DTI and credit history.Fit borrower into best-suited program and sell the product.Consistently work lead base: follow-up calls, answering status calls and providing excellent customer service.Take applications over the phone, gather appropriate information and complete all necessary paperwork.Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate with other internal department in a professional manner. REQUIREMENTS
