HR Program Specialist

A large well known financial services company is looking to bring on an HR Program Specialist for their midtown office. The Global Operations team manages the delivery of transactions and services to the Private Bank sector. The Global Operations revolve around the following key functions: Securities Operations, Capital Market Operations, Client Reporting, SMA/GI Operations, MA Operations, Financial Life Services, and Internal Control. The Chief of Staff's office manages the following on behalf of the organization: publication of monthly metrics; project reporting and hi-level management; on boarding, as well as moves/adds/changes; headcount tracking and recruiting management; liaising with Professional Development, HR, and Finance; management of the VOE initiatives; the coordination and running of the key meetings, town halls and conferences as well as several other key projects. The HR Specialist will assist with the day to day management of the group, manage a slate of individual projects such as a) outsourcing b) strategic space initiative c) client experience metrics, interface with the Direct Reports and key managers, HR, Professional Development, Finance and Technology groups. Successful candidates will have the following experience to be considered: *excellent written and oral communication skills, *proven track record with Project Management and People Management,
decent understanding of financial processes and HR process, *excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills and Access a huge plus.
