Graphic Design/Marketing Assistant
TwinStar Credit Union is looking for a Marketing Assistant with a strong background in graphic design. This newly created full-time position joins our Marketing team in the Lacey Corporate Center.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this position supports all of our marketing and member communication endeavors through advertising design and production. The Marketing Assistant works closely with other staff members to provide marketing collateral that will encourage new memberships and new account relationships with existing members. Helps develop a consistent look in our facilities, through direct mail, through special promotions at schools & Preferred Partner businesses and other advertising mediums.

Candidates must have verifiable experience writing and designing marketing materials including brochures, statement inserts and other printed items. Must also have ability to maintain and enhance effectiveness of in facility displays and collateral marketing materials. Should have familiarity with multi-media and web design and be able to work closely with IT staff to ensure effectiveness of electronic media. Physical demands include ability to operate a motor vehicle, lift and carry materials, and to climb ladders to assist with placement of banners, etc.

Preferred qualifications include a four-year degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
