Job Description

Business & Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. PeopleSoft professionals have skills in delivering PeopleSoft Enterprise and Enterprise One solutions. The focus is on architecting a solution using PeopleSoft to achieve a defined business outcome. The PeopleSoft suite includes solutions for specific industries, ERP, HR, and FIN. Individuals possess skills in PeopleSoft process design and configuration, PeopleSoft design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and PeopleSoft technical architecture.

We are seeking specific expertise with PS Admin and PS Performance Monitor, HP-UNIX, BMC and Performance Testing.

Key responsibilities may include:
•Assist the efforts on the Performance Test team & Operations Readiness Test team
•Prepare Performance Test environment; i.e. App Server Configuration, Process Scheduler Configuration
•Tune App Server & Process Scheduler to help maximize system performance
•Track changes to App Server & Proces Scheduler configuration
•Prepare the PS Administrator section of the Operations Readiness Test, i.e., develop test conditions & scenarios.
•Execute Operations Readiness Test, track results and re-test as necessary
•Identify, Develop and Enforce Environment management and availability procedures

REQUIREMENTS
Basic Requirements:

•1 to 4 years of PeopleSoft-Enterprise Performance Management, PeopleSoft-Financials, or PeopleSoft-HCM including
oOracle/PeopleSoft Technical Architecture – PeopleTools 8.4x ( HCM 8.9, EPM 8.9 & FIN 8.8)
oConfiguration & tuning the Application Server
oProcess Scheduler and associated processes on PeopleTools 8.4
oPeopleSoft Performance Monitor
•Must be willing to travel 100%
•Must have bachelors degree

Nice to have Experience:

•Knowledgeable in tuning Windows and HP-UNIX OS parameters
•Skills Applying patches & upgrades; including Change Assistant
•Skills in migrating PeopleTools objects throughout the development environments
•Skills in PeopleTools and PeopleCode
•Experience on the Installation and Configuration of Oracle/PeopleSoft Financials software
•Familiarity with 3rd Party software products, i.e., IBM Ascential
