Global Treasury Analyst

Works as integral part of the Global Cash Management function responsible for the informational maintenance of all Treasury-related systems, bi-weekly currency trading, international treasury project support and execution.

Interacts with external dealers/brokers, other Global Treasury personnel, both domestically and internationally.

Key Accountabilities:
Support and maintain the integrity of the Treasury reports coming out of XRT, NTNetting and provide troubleshooting assistance to the users of these systems. This would be accomplished by working closely with IT support in Memphis and the Krakow Shared Service Center (KSSC) to ensure the smooth running of these systems for all participants.
Carry out the bi-weekly currency trading as instructed by the KSSC or conversely notify the KSSC and Accounting of trades made in FXAll on behalf of entities. Monthly, carry out the netting related trades in FXAll.
Analyze and monitor the bi-monthly Treasury reports from Asia and Latin America to ensure that only authorized banks are being used, that all facilities indicated were properly approved by Corporate Treasury and that there are sufficient funds available to meet current and future needs.
Prepare the monthly Mark-to-Market valuation of all open derivative positions for the CFO and, on a quarterly basis, for the Accounting Depts. quarterly consolidated results reporting

Scope:
Position has influence over global liquidity management and currency exposure management. In addition to reducing borrowing costs and increasing investment returns, both activities directly impact the companys financing decisions and competitiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related discipline
5 - 7 years professional experience required including 3 years Treasury experience; international treasury and forex experience, preferred.
Effective presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated interest in continuously expanding competencies by participating in various Treasury activities and/or projects in a team environment.
Proficiency with XRT, CoProcess NTNetting, FXAll or other treasury workstations and/or banking systems a significant plus.
Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes experience required.
