GGL Control Group Analyst

By combining your talent and our strengths, we can acheive great results.The analyst will be a member of a global team (20), which is based regionally in London, USA and Asia, but reporting to the regional manager. The group supports control, reconciliation and maintenance of the Global General Ledger (SAP GL with interface systems and underlying data warehouse).Responsibilities of the analyst will include: Maintenance of the ledger’s static data (SAP), including the Chart of Accounts, centres, document set-up, month-end closing, allocations and reporting structures; Processing of daily and monthly processes, eg. FX revaluation and restatement, dividending, funding Reporting on the integrity of static and transaction data from the trading systems throughout the general ledger; Front-to-back reconciliations through the general ledger Investigating issues to assist users and technical teams, propose a solution and see through to implementation; Involvement on mini-projects to close down year-end, prepare Corporate annual reporting structures etc Provide assistance to IT projects / implementation teams, eg.
