About XPRESSTRADE: XPRESSTRADE is a leading online futures and forex brokerage. We've developed and maintain our own trading platform, technology infrastructure, IT staff, customer service team, risk management mechanisms, etc.
We offer access to 25 of the leading futures exchanges around the world, and we serve clients in over 100 countries. Over the past five years, our futures and options trading volume has increased at a 30% compound annual growth rate.

Job Responsibilities
•Assist current customers and prospects with questions relating to their XPRESSTRADE accounts, the markets, and futures and options in general, both over the telephone, e-mail, and live chat.
•Research and solve customer problems, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
•Will be involved in processing inbound customer orders.
•Contact customers for defined specialty purposes, account documentation deficiencies, and margin calls, email, telephone, and live chat.
•Troubleshoot basic technical problems encountered by clients.
•Respond to telephone and e-mail inquiries by prospective customers and promote XPRESSTRADE'S ideals, features, and services.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Qualifications
•Must work well under pressure.
•Experience at a busy futures order desk either on or off the floor a plus.
•Education or training equivalent to BA/BS, preferably in business or finance.
•Excellent service-oriented attitude, solid work ethic, cheerful disposition, ability to work as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
•Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
•In-depth understanding of futures, options, and forex a plus, as is a Series 3 license; more important, however, are dedication and a willingness and aptitude to learn and attain the Series 3 license within 6 months of date of hire.
•Ability to work flexible shift assignments including weekends and holidays (second shift only).
•Computer literacy, including familiarity with the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
•Basic computer trouble shooting skills. Work with customers on problems with their computers relating to our environment.
•Minimum of 6 months customer service or call center experience a plus.
•Multi-language skills a plus.
