SUMMARY: Review closed loan documentation submissions to determine eligibility of corporate programs and compliance to federal/state regulations. Ensure all components of fundings are accurate prior to disbursing funds.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.Analyze closed loan documentation submitted for purchase and decision loan issues with the objective to buy quality saleable loans.
2.Accurately enter closing and credit information in Unifi
3.Calculate all fees paid by borrowers to perform high cost test
4.Review escrows from Hud-1 for taxes and homeowners insurance as well as flood insurance as necessary
5.Act as a liaison between company and Correspondents to obtain missing documentation to fund loans
6.Maintain 5 day funding turnaround
7.Maintain 48 hour loan review and customer notification
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Associates Degree in Business or equivalent experience
2.3 years mortgage banking with closing/shipping experience
3.Ability to handle high volume and meet deadlines
4.Good Customer Service skills, self starting and organized
5.Communicate effectively
6.Proficient in Unifi, Excel and Word
